My work also involves helping to develop alumni communities across different locations and exploring ways to strengthen the relationship between students, graduates and the university.

Created LumiBud from an early idea into a deployed digital product designed around how people plan, organise and manage different areas of their lives. I have led the product from discovery through design and development, shaping the user journeys, requirements and functionality while building the platform itself. LumiBud is currently being tested and iterated based on feedback.

Working directly with the founder to transform her vision for a fashion brand into a complete digital experience. Starting with an initial idea and visual direction, I created the prototype, designed the customer journey and developed the website, making decisions around functionality, ecommerce, technical architecture and API integrations.

Took the initial vision for the organisation and translated it into a complete digital experience, leading the website from concept through structure, user journey, design and development.

Worked in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, helping customers navigate their needs while supporting the day-to-day operation of the store. The role strengthened my ability to listen, communicate clearly, adapt quickly and understand what people need even when they do not necessarily know how to articulate it.
